It is not recommended to wax or apply any coatings prior to any tint installation. These substances can negatively impact the adhesion of the film to your vehicle's windows. KR Works can help you decide what's right for your vehicle's needs.

We recommend allowing an overnight initial cure for all film and ceramic installations.

You may use a pressure washer to clean but take care not to spray directly on the edges of the film. When washing, use pH-neutral soaps to maintain the integrity of the tint.
